I’m Ash, and I Felt Just How You Likely Feel. Overwhelmed.
I spent almost 15 years in the cosmetics industry, working alongside the likes of Rae Morris at Melbourne Fashion Week.
Whilst I made runway models look flawless, my own health was suffering in various ways.
Crazy inflammation, skin issues, “hot girl bloat” (a ridiculous term btw), wild mood swings and a total lack of energy was affecting me every day of my life. But where to even start?
One day, I decided. That’s it. Time to say BYE to this girl I didn’t even recognise anymore. 👋
I dedicated years to studying how our hormones, gut and skin are all connected.
I read countless research papers, books on Chinese medicine, herbalism and more. I also became a registered naturopath practitioner whilst healing myself from the inside out.
I decided to take true control of my own body.
And it changed my life completely.
I realised that there are 5 core areas to focus on if you want to work towards optimal health and solve “the puzzle”:
Foundational for women’s health—it fuels hormone production, balances blood sugar, supports gut function, and provides the key nutrients needed across each phase of the menstrual cycle.
Nutrition
Develop and stick to a pre/pro/post-biotic supplement routine that works with your microbiome, not against it. Pair this with good sleep hygiene and breath work/meditation!
